We have worked on some really exciting new styles and limited edition drops for this event! The best place to find all new release info first is in the Shawty Community Facebook group. We will also be keeping our community updated via email and socials throughout the event.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
If you are in a rush for your order, you can skip the warehouse queue by purchasing the priority shipping option at checkout. Once your order has been placed we will be unable to add this shipping selection.
Reach out to our support team as soon as possible after your order has been placed to see if they can update your address before it is shipped. Once it is shipped, our team will no longer be able to assist with address updates. You may be able to contact the delivery partner who has your parcel at this point.

All orders are shipped from our Australian fulfilment centre.
Our shipping and delivery page will tell you if you will be eligible to pay customs and duties. No duties are payable on Australian, New Zealand and USA orders.

ORDERS & TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a link that you can use to track the delivery of your package.
Due to the speed and efficiency of our distribution centres, once you hit Pay Now we may be unable to cancel your order. There are also no refunds on items purchased our sitewide sale event. Our exchange process is really easy, head to our Returns Page to find out how.
Due to the speed and efficiency of our distribution centres we’re unable to make changes to your order, but if you’d like to change your shipping address, contact the shipping partner when you receive your tracking info, then organise delivery to another location.
