Refund policy

To start a return process for a refund or an exchange, please contact us at support@shopshawty.com.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at support@shopshawty.com immediately if the item/s are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/s so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

You have 60 days from the day you receive your delivery to send them back to us for store credit of 110%. For sanitary reasons please try on garments over your underwear, we do not accept exchanges that are worn or are soiled/stained. We cover the shipping charges back to us for exchanges on Australian orders. 

AFTERPAY/ZIPPAY RETURNS:

If you have purchased through AfterPay/ZipPay, the returns process is the same as the above. If an exchange, a store credit will be issued and your AfterPay payment plan will continue. If a refund is issued, it will go through Afterpay. Afterpay will refund you and payments you have made + cancel any remaining payments you have for your order.  

SALE PERIODS

Black Friday / Cyber Monday / Boxing Day etc.

Items purchased during our sale periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day are final sale. They cannot be refunded, but we do accept exchanges.
