Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you will first need to contact us at Once a support member is made aware of your return, you can then send the items back to our warehouse. Once the package has been received and inspected by our warehouse team, your store credit will be issued via email. Return inspection is generally completed within 48-72 hours once the package has been received.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item/s are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/s so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email regarding an exchange, and once the return is accepted, send you items back to us. Once we receive your items back you will be issued a store credit for the full amount of your purchase, which you can use to make a separate purchase for the new item.


If you have purchased through AfterPay/ZipPay, the returns process is the same as the above. A store credit will be issued and your AfterPay payment plan will continue.


You have 3 days from the time of receiving your items, to organise and begin the refund process with our support team. You can reach our support team at where they will instruct you on next steps for your refund.


No items bought on sale can be refunded. We offer exchanges for store credit on all sale items.
