Returns or Exchanges

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at support@shopshawty.com immediately if the item/s are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/s so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
You have 30 days from the day you receive your delivery to send them back to us for store credit of 110%. For sanitary reasons please try on garments over your underwear, we do not accept exchanges that are worn or are soiled/stained/smell. We cover the shipping charges back to us for the first exchange on Australian orders.
Your exchange item can only be reserved once your package arrives back to us and is marked as received. In the case that we are unable to provide an exchange due to the stock for the item you have selected no longer being available, we will instead issue you an exchange credit that can be used at your discretion.
REFUNDS
You have 10 days from the day you receive your delivery, to organise and begin the refund process. Please note: All items that are being returned for a refund have to be in original condition, unworn and returned in original packaging. sale items are final sale are not eligible for a refund. We do not cover return shipping charges for refunds.
AFTERPAY/ZIPPAY RETURNS:
If you have purchased through AfterPay/ZipPay, the returns process is the same as the above. If an exchange, a store credit will be issued and your AfterPay payment plan will continue. If a refund is issued, it will go through Afterpay. Afterpay will refund you and payments you have made + cancel any remaining payments you have for your order.
SITE WIDE SALE EVENTS
Items purchased during our site wide sale events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day and others are non-refundable. While we do not accept refunds for purchases made during these sale events, we do accept exchanges in accordance with our standard exchange policy.
